Using your computer to organize your schooling



Being organized is the key to succeeding in education. For many students entering Senior School, every year is a new adventure in finding new and interesting ways of organizing yourself. We are going to take a look at just a few tools that might make your life easier.


  1. Evernote – Evernote is obviously primarily used for taking notes, but its features also include composing, clipping and to do lists. Having these features together could be useful in doing homework or preparing for a test.


  1. XMind – Xmind is the most popular mind-mapping software available. Mind – mapping software can be beneficial in preparing an assignment, organizing your goals and planning for future events.


  1. Coursera/Khan academy – Despite faithful study sometimes a student does not master a subject right away. With these websites, a student can use videos, quizzes, and other tools to deepen their mastery of subjects.


These are only a few examples of websites that are available for students. There are many websites available that address specific needs. With a little creative searching, you can find software to tackle nearly any academic problem.
