Message from Campus Principal, Term 2, Week 9

Dear Senior School parents,

Our CIS Community Survey is open for now for all parents. Both parents/guardians are highly encouraged to complete the survey. We hope to have all parentscomplete the CIS Community survey prior to 28th February. A language option is available for parents who prefer to answer in Chinese(simplified) or Korean. We thank you in advance for helping us strive towards excellence! Click here for the link https://survey.cois.org/s3/Parent-Shanghai-Singapore-International-School-2018

It was a wonderful carnival organised by the Chinese department for the celebration of Chinese New Year which took place on Friday, 9th February. The fun game stalls and activities planned brought students and faculty closer together while allowing all to better appreciate the customs and traditions of the upcoming festival.

Besides our Basketball Program, we are also launching the Sabre Weekend Program. Please refer to the flyer for more details.

Gentle reminder:
Please keep your child at home if he or she is unwell. We also advise a 24-hour fever free period (without the use of medication) before you allow your child to return to school. Regular washing of hands, especially before meals will be encouraged in school. Please help us to reinforce these healthy habits.

Last but not least, have a well-deserved break during this Lunar New Year!

Student of the Week:

SOH, Qi Ru
 G7 Pearl 1

Qi Ru has done very well in ICT both academically and behaviorally. She has improved in every area and studies hard for her exams. She always shows up with a very positive attitude and gets along well with her classmates. She has also been very proactive in getting assignments in, always asking if she has done something right and confirming the date it is due. Great work!
Warm regards,
TERRY SENIOR
